At Organival, we’re dedicated to delivering your favorite herbal wellness products safely, quickly, and with complete transparency. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process and deliver your orders across Bangladesh.
We currently deliver to all major cities and districts of Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Chattogram, Rajshahi, Khulna, Sylhet, Barishal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh.
For remote or rural areas, delivery times may vary depending on the availability of courier service.
Inside Rajshahi: 1–2 working days
Outside Rajshahi: 2–3 working days
Note: Delivery time may vary during weekends, government holidays, or unforeseen situations (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or courier delays).
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed after 5 PM are processed the next working day.
Once shipped, you’ll receive an SMS or email notification with tracking details.
We partner with trusted and reliable courier companie: Steadfast Courier to ensure safe and timely delivery of every parcel.
Inside Rajshahi: ৳80
Outside Rajshahi: ৳130
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive:
A tracking ID via SMS or email
A direct link to track your parcel in real-time

Our delivery partner will make up to 2 attempts to deliver your parcel.
If you’re unavailable, the courier may contact you via phone for a convenient delivery time. Failure to receive the parcel after two attempts may result in order cancellation and return to sender.
If you receive a damaged, leaked, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
We’ll verify and either:
Replace the product, or
Issue a full refund under our 7-Day Money Back Guarantee.

In case of incorrect shipping address, wrong contact information, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the parcel may be marked as undeliverable. Please double-check your details at checkout to avoid such delays.
