Return & Replacement Policy (For Damaged or Wrong Items Only)

We only accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or leaked product

  • You received the wrong item

If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share photos of the product and package. We will promptly replace your order with a new one. As Easy-Lax is a consumable herbal supplement, we cannot accept returns or refunds for used or opened products due to hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Request a Return

If you wish to return your product, please follow these simple steps:

  2. Include details: Your order number, reason for return, and clear product photos.

  3. Verification: Our support team will verify your request and provide return instructions.

  4. Send the item: Ship the product back to our designated return address (you’ll receive it by email).

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get a confirmation email about your refund status.

Refund Process
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (bKash, Nagad, Card, or Bank Transfer).

  • Please allow 3–7 working days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.

  • Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or wrong.

Cancellations
  • Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.

  • Once your order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
